Show up as you are to pave your way to whole self embodiment. Gentle movement, thoughtful cueing and explorative shape invitations to explore and expand your interior world. rUted's all body yoga and mindfulness mini-retreat classes are beginner friendly and heartfully guided to rest, restore + mobilize mind, body + being. Other than arriving dressed in something comfortable and cozy, you may wish to consider practicing on a mat, blanket, beach towel or rug.

chair yoga

Chair yoga focuses on chair inclusive cues + integrated movement. Self-paced to explore yoga + mindfulness (however it is available to you) + breath your way through to cultivate inner resources. Heartfully guided with a chair to support you on your path to whole-self embodiment as you practice yoga sovereignty.

at rUted, chair yoga offers the opportunity to explore Gentle Yoga, Restorative Flow, Yin Yoga or Aerial Yoga (or any blend) with chair inclusive invitations...

gentle yoga

Uplifting + self-paced to strengthen emotional tolerance + find alignment by reconnecting to your own inner resources + mindfully moving. Thoughtfully guided hatha asana to support you on your path to whole-self embodiment through guided + invitational cues.

at rUted, gentle yoga is a self-paced to explore gentle movement, static stretch + balance + can be practiced laying down, seated, standing, or any combination...

Sometimes our bodies call for stillness + other times for movement. Explore the nervous system during this multi-modality + intuitively guided meditation-in-movement flow(ish). Balance mind, body + being beyond asana + mindfulness with somatics, acupressure + breathwork by releasing what no longer serves you + connecting to what you have to offer.

at rUted, restorative flow is intuitively  guided to balance the nervous system with gentle floor based explorative movement, dynamic stretch, breath + somatics...

yin yoga

Sometimes our bodies call for movement + other times for stillness. Twist, bend, + stretch to release tensions  + congestions throughout the body while surrendering to shape + sensation. Turn inward + heartfully browse what breathes you. Soft cues offered to support you in creating length + space + finding stillness + rest.

at rUted, yin yoga is a prop inclusive, slow paced, mindful practice that works deeply into the connective tissues -- ligaments, joints, + the fascia networks of the body with passive, longer-held poses...

Whether at home or in person, you may wish to consider having your own mat, cushion, blanket, blocks, straps, bolster, wheel, soft lighting, gentle sounds, candles, opening a window, oils, journal or any combination of items you feel will best support you through your practice; Props are helpful for all levels of yogis and there are many household items you can swap out that work just as well! Other than comfortable clothing (rUted yoga is very slow paced, relaxing practice -  sockies and slippers welcome), no items are required and options are always offered regardless of the class, this space is open for you to practice how you choose and with what you choose. rUted yoga offers prop inclusive invitations, let us know what you're practicing with! Outdoor and delve classes always have chairs, blocks & straps available.
