Unlike one-on-one retreats, this offering is a thoughtfully curated four-session package that provides in-depth guidance and exploration.

A small, supportive gathering designed for 3-5 individuals to explore gentle yoga, mindfulness, and creative practices for stress relief and overall well-being. In this intimate setting, you’ll cultivate relaxation, self-awareness, and a deeper connection with yourself.

Face Yoga Workshop

Do you have an upcoming retreat, event or gathering? Or perhaps you are looking for a meaningful way to enhance connection with your staff, social or support group? Reach out and work with rUted to create a personalized gentle yoga and mindfulness experience to offer your guests. rUted on the road offers customized private group classes, hosted in your home, yard or location.

 

Base investment of $350.00. Rates vary and are dependent of number of guests, class duration and if props are required. A wage supplement charge will be added to venues further than 50km.
